Mine needs a good service. Is it best to send it in, or can one service the shock yourself?

Omnico are the agents, but you will have to take it to your LBS who will then send it in. Some LBS's also do it themselves.

just had complete re builds of my front and rear fox done by the guys at STOKE. can recommend them highly.
