RobJB Posted November 6, 2013 Share I have a set of 08 Ksyrium Equipes and these SL's have been sitting on a trainer theor whole life, so thinking about it. Anything I should be weary of? Tomik Posted November 12, 2013 Share Then they should be worth it. I have the silver ones - 2005/6 and not a single problem since 2009 when I bought them. Bearings haven't even been replaced yet (by me anyway) and have never needed truing either. I do 5000km a year on dodgy CT roads! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Reg Lizard Posted November 13, 2013 Share Beware of these wheels if you are a heavy rider...they just don't last. I had a set of the later (silver) ones. The rims started cracking at the nipples after a year. Mavic replaced then replaced the rims and the spokes and not even a year later the same problem. If you below 85kg's these should be fine.
