Does the Post Office issue helmets?

Well its an offence to talk on your cellphone and not wear a seat belt when driving, but according to Wayne Minnar the Metro cops have had "special" training and are exempt. Perhaps the PO guys have also had "special" training which does not require them to wear one.

It's for efficiency. If they had to spend time in queues, it would reduce the time they could spend out there enforcing laws.

Dont know if you're trolling, but I used to deliver newspapers, no way I would want to wear helmet while delivering post. Think people should rather concern themselves with there own business than fault finding in irrelevant places.

on the helmet issue, in the UK they are VAT free, here we pay both duty (25%) and VAT..........
