Only 1 route showing, CA to CX (Cape Town to Knysna)

I am not understanding your comment.

I have posted Three options from CT to Knysna.

But I am not able to see the Profiles of option 2 or 3 on my phone.

I am asking Which route is more Challenging?

Yesterday evening only 1 link (3rd one down) was showing a map, this morning 2 links (2nd and 3rd) are giving maps.

Of the 2 showing, I think the one via Worcester and Montagu will be the tougher.

Good luck with the next project FRAIL.

Team DJR will be in Knysna for both the mtb and road races, but we'll be based in Mossel Bay. We might just join you for a little stretch when you come past.

I may still decide to go the R62.

Thanks

Yeah, a good route might be R62, Worcester, Montagu through to Oudtshoorn, then down to George ... that's 490 km.

Certainly less traffic and more challenging.

Just the wind, but if you choose the day (!), you can ride all the way with a strong SW up your derrier.

If there is a big cold front moving in, then you'll have a decent tail wind most of the way along the R62. I would pick the R62 as well, it is quieter with less traffic compared to the N2 but it is mostly narrower. The real sting in the tail will be the mountain pass between Oudtshoorn and George, after almost 400km of riding. But hey, you are FRAIL, and little bumps like that won't bother you!.

Letter from last Project, Cycling East to Port Elizabeth.

abca letterhead cycle fundraising 2014(1).doc

To whom it may concern

David Kleynhans : awareness & fundraising

This letter confirms that David Kleynhans received permission from this organisation to raise funds and awareness on its behalf via a cycle event which took place during the period January 2014 to February 2014.

David cycled from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth, made all his own arrangements including publicity and ticket sales. Algoa Bay Council for the Aged received a breakdown of funds received. A donation of R5 600 was deposited by him into our banking account on 14 April 2014 for which a receipt (No. 45) was issued.

David has a facebook page as does Algoa Bay Council for the Aged. His contribution to our older persons was acknowledged by us on both his and our page.

Please revert to undersigned if there is additional information required.

Regards

MAndreka
