Beng, Frail is doing just about every major race in SA this year, and riding his bike solo to every race and back home in Cape Town. He has done the Ct - Jhb - CT thing a few times as well as Ct - Durban - CT and Ct - Knysna - CT. Last year he rode to Swellendam for the Double Century and back home immediately afterwards. I think his easiest one was the One Tonner where he only had to do 50km to the race, which was 163km of hell, and 50km home afterwards. All that is in aid of raising money for old age homes that he supports. He's a seriously tough character on a bike with a very kind inside. If he comes past your neck of the woods, join him for a short stint on the bike.

Frail, man, you've got guts doing this, I will try my best to ride with you for a few kms when going past Mosselbay and Groot Brakrivier.

I have done that Mossel Bay strecth 4 maybe /5times.

I try very hard to Keep to my SPEED Limit, 25km/H.

Sometimes i am just lazy, lol
