jplab99 Posted February 3, 2014 Share Hi. I'm new to the whole tri thing and have been reading this forum for a couple of weeks.Have picked up quite a few good tips, so thanks to all the guys and gals that contibute. My question is regarding the xdirt series. On sa-active.com they list an event at Roodeplaat dam for the 2nd of March 2014, but on the xdirt website there is no mention of this. Can anybody confirm if this event is happening? Also any other sprint distance events around Gauteng that I can use a MTB? As this is all I have for now. Hi and welcome,1. Best to phone them or email them.2. You can use your MTB in any sprint or Olympic distance Tri. To be sure you can ask the organizers beforehand, but MTBs are normally allowed.
