My sister just went throught the same thing. I tried to be there for her... but in the end it is a road you walk on your own . Her results had better news at the end, Good luck Slowbee, with the healing process.

I got a substitute entry for the Transkaroo and since the busses is fully booked, I still need a lift from Sutherland to Ceres or Paarl this Sunday morning.

Would contribute towards costs.

Anyone have a seat available?

Feedback?? ... it was long, slow and fantastic. Got seriously bitten by Ouberg, man, that hill is steep and comes just when the fatigue is starting to set in!

It's a well organised race with awesome scenery and a friendly bunch of competitors.

 

Note to self ... do more training next year :)
