My Specialized Epic's Expert clear coat has started to do exactly the same, 2012 model. Peeling off where it was nicked by stones etc... Apparently frames paintwork is only warrantied for 1 year !

That frame looks abused!!! My 2009 S-Works looks better than that after years of racing. I'm sorry but I think you will be lucky if you get 5k for it. Look at the BB area. Have they used a screw driver to take out that BB?
