I have a 60k road bike that hasn't seen the light of day in two years and prefer to muck about on an entry level TItan. Needed some minor work done and decided to drop it at above shop after seeing a write up in Tread and also because they open at 8h00. My horror story follows:

She had the audacity to then open an account in a friendly a professional manner3. A mechanic left his cup of coffee and discussed what needed to be done to my bike, without once pulling his nose at my entry level bike, despite a host of Santa Cruz and Spez bikes being worked on.4. I left and to my horror received a text confirming they had my bike.5. Half an hour later an email Ed provisional invoice, detailing work to be done.6. 2 hours later these rotten scoundrels sent me a text confirming job complete and an emailed invoice.7. They pulled a fast one and charged a decent rate for work done.8. Buggers cleaned and lubed my bike better than anyone previously. Had a hard ride yesterday afternoon and everything worked perfectly, first time. Be warned Hubbers, be warned!
