The trail isn't as tacky as we'd like yet, still a lot of grass root, but the more people that ride it the better it will bed in so please give it a go, even if you don't want to ride the jumps there are options to go around them and the route through the trees is still really pleasant.

Plenty of grip available ... just not with those tyres dude :D

Ja, like it to harden up and roll faster so that we can cut down on some of the pedalling.

The ground between the last two jumps is pretty hard!

I feel a bit guilty riding it because I have not had a chance to help. But thanks guys! It is flippen AWESOME!!! Esp that single track starting from the powerlines!! Super cool! THANKS!!!

Dude. No need to feel guilty. The more people who ride it the quicker it becomes established.

Please be vigilant where it crosses or joins the main trail though. There's a good chance that some faster XCM riders who don't like singletrack will be blasting straight up or down.

I had some entertainment the other day, watched 3 guys in a row all wipe out on the jump to berm corner.

1 - over pumped the berm and spun out.

2 - over compressed and fell off the back of his bike.

3 - didn't quite make the corner and wrapped himself and bike around a tree, I was actually a bit concerned with this guy, he kind of stuck around the tree for a few seconds and then slid down it a bit, unfortunately he did break a brake lever.

when are we doing a photo shoot?
