Shongweni Guided Ride

So I decided to try the Shongweni guided ride, after the usual cycling buddies bailed with the usual excuses. I was pleasantly surprised, it was a really great ride, and we were shown trails in the area I never knew existed, including one with a breathtaking view from the top of a waterfall. And to top it off, a great bunch of people to cycle with.

Here's a pic from Durban Green Corridor, the guys who are now maintaining the trails:

(I think this is the same waterfall? Both great views anyway...)

Anyway, it would be great to get some more people involved, this particular ride is every Saturday, starting at 6.30, from the Shongweni Polo Club. More details: http://www.emba.org.za/guided-rides/

Awesome, I haven't tried all of their trails yet, still need to get up to Inanda sometime.

I believe they want to link as many of the trails together in the long term, Inanda to Shongweni would be a crazy ride.
