Well I have a (HYPOTHETICALLY SPEAKING) VAN 36 RC2 not lying around, but being used with a 1.5" Gravity Lite Stem in 50mm guise .... what is the length of the Havoc stem you have?

Then would the Intense be able to take a 1.5" steerer fork with the right headset ?

Hypothetically speaking owned one of those 6.6 frames and ran it with my hypothetical talas 36 and hope headset. So hypothetical answer is yes.

As for the stem... hypothetically 50mm.

So if someone offered me an obscene amount of money for my MOTO, then my 1.5" steerer fork would work on the 6.6 ... now is 160mm enough squish for a frame like that?

yup! 160 is what the bike was designed for. The 6.6 was the cousin to the Nomad. The 6.6 is known to have a steepish head angle... as was common on most bikes from that day. But you will get used to it pretty quick.

I run my lyrik on there, think its 160 or 170, works awesome, only probly i had was that the crown hits the frame, but changed to an external headset which solved the problem. But I have a small, the bigger sizes dont have that problem.

When jumping, I put my shock to 120mm, gives a whole new feel to the bike.

The geometry is very steep, but I prefer steep to slack, steep feels like its alot more nimble and Trial bike like.

In smaller travel
