To those cyclists that came down Victoria Drive into Schoenies around 640am this morning (Saturday), taking up both sides of the road, causing my wife, on the opposite side of the road to take a tumble off her bike while having to take avoiding action from you, understand the disservice you are doing to our sport.

I'm sure you've all seen the billboard on Allister Miller Drive advocating that motorists pass cyclists with a 1.5m gap. Yet you seem to have difficulty staying on the correct side of the road. You seem to think its ok,at around 530 n the morning, to take up both lanes of Villiers Road leaving no space for motorists to pass.

Where does your responsibility lie in road safety? Your actions are leading to accidents, and your actions lead to motorists resenting us.

Some of these group riders and their attitudes to fellow rode users bike and car really suck. Unfortunally Not all folks that ride bikes have manners. I bet even if they are fellow hubbers and read this they would not be man/woman enough to apologise. A thumbs up to all the friendly responsible cyclists out there

I rode with them once and decided that riding on my own is a better option. As you mentioned, at one point they were taking up the whole road and when they were hooted at (quite rightly so), half of them had the cheek to wave signs at the motorists.
