Guest Omega Man Posted February 7, 2014 Posted February 7, 2014 As a first time builder I'd recommend you get a bike shop to put in the BB and headset. If you get those wrong you can easily ruin the frame and that will be an expensive mistake.

Most decent bike shops should have it. Keep one thing in mind, If you do not know much currently, it might be a very costly exercise in the mid term run. I say mid term with a reason, Sort term, you are making this investment now,Mid term, you might find with time that there are some other / different / better components you like more. Long term, cycling will always cost R, as you need to upkeep and service as required. Building a bike with YOUR specs is a very satisfying project to attempt.
