Sven137 Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 (edited) Hi My friend has a Titan Cruz and the seat was squeeking Its been found that one if the rails is a bit bent and causing the squeeking. The bike is 4 months old and does the seat get covered by the Consumer Protection Act and has 6 months guarentee ? Edited March 7, 2014 by Sven137

Vetseun Posted March 8, 2014 Posted March 8, 2014 Invest in a decent saddle. It is worth it. Your friends bum deserves it.I have owned many many bikes. First thing to go on a bike is the saddle.Titan will not have a top quality saddle on that bike.In any case, I have heard that their after sales service is superb. But that is hearsay.
