Once you have had a taste of Haka, all else in GP seems mild and boring. Check it out this weekend and then enter for the Enduro champs in 2 weeks... 2 days of EPIC racing to look forward to!

My first time out at Hakahana on Saturday, 

 

50m into the first run (SP1) I hit a rock, bent the crankarm, snapped the chiain & ripped through the rear deraileur cable. Had to single speed it out of there and did SP 2 without a chain (took it off just in case of more damage)

 

Luckily I hooked up with some awesome people who helped me out with spares etc.

 

Bike shop repairs = R2650

Confidence level = 0.

Hahahaha that sounds about right   good thing you didn't do SP2 first!

 

Just joking, but yeah it was so hot on Sunday I overcooked my brakes and they locked up the back wheel completely

HAKAHANA 2016 ENDURO CHAMPS:

 

Guys, this is going to be awesome. We are running 8 lines for the event. 4 on Saturday and 4 on Sunday. We got beer and music and great representation from a number of brands and some of the top Enduro blokes around. There may also be an Beeg surprise too
