I don't feel safe riding alone and was wondering if there is an existing group who do regular weekend MTB rides in the wider Cpt area? Or maybe, if there's enough interest, we can get such a group together. I'm not very fast, but love technical riding and would like to improve on both. Your thoughts?There are a few of us out and about at Tokai pretty much every day, give us a shout and we can organise something.

But managed to finish the loop. taste the water, and get lost en route to the parking lot. Owe you two some ice cold Monster.. Myles and Clint approaching crampscorner... meh. i sucked today. We chilled at the dam. Water was cold, but our legs appreciated the quasi-icebath at that point..

But i can understand how it feels worse: its all that climbing. Some of those climbs are pretty damn steep and even though they were short-ish, they came at regular intervals. taxing stuff. But good meeting you Clint. Sorry I didn't come down with you and Myles: i stopped to put my saddle down, and then when i got to the junction, i was like which way now.. derp moment.
