And read the rest of it :) You can take it as you like....I am choosing to slap it onto cycling. The guy that said that is a American 8 ball coach. I thought it was appropriate.

 

Mud Dee....so what time do you get up? 5 to? :P

 

And if we go into Saffa's theory....girls SHOULD be the same weight....

I always abstain from it the night before. Not worth the risk. Missed plenty races due to handcuff keys being lost, sprains and torn ligaments from trying new positions, whip and chain injurys, friction burns, being arrested for disturbing the peace, severe dehydration, exhaustion and sleep depravation from marathon sessions. So now she works for other clients on race nightsLOL
