Which Bryton did you use? I have a ryder 40 so i dunno?

Bryton Rider 30 - worked well enough to follow the route - you could quickly see if you had taken a wrong turn - but my teammate had a fancy Garmin with colour screen etc that showed the route profile so he could see when the climbs were coming up...

Dusi entered and Garmin ordered. i have a feeling that a number of the bigger races are going to go the GPS route, so have taken the plunge and ordered a decent GPS, Now just to get some training in.

Just received this email, yours should be there too:

Hi to all BSi Steel dusi2c entrants!

Firstly, thank you for entering the BSi Steel dusi2c. The event is fully subscribed and unlike our sister event sani2c we are determined to keep this event small and limit entries to 300 teams.

This is the first newsletters building up towards the 2014 event and will give you some background details of BSi dusi2c.

You should find the next newsletters full of information but basic and simple, because that is the way we are.

Should you have been spending some time on your bike and promise to read these carefully you will be sufficiently prepared for BSi dusi2c 2014. Get prepared for another ride of your life as we build up to our 2014 event.

In Closing:

I hope that this 1st newsletter has given you some background information of this exciting adventure you are about to embark upon. More than that, I hope that it has excited and inspired you to get on your bike and have some fun with your family or friends. The next newsletters will be emailed to you during the course of next week. They will keep you updated with important information which will enhance your BSi dusi2c experience. Please assure that your partner is receiving them and feel free to contact one of us should you require anything at all.

Till then, make sure you spend some time on your bike and have fun doing it.

Kind Regards,

Farmer Glen and the dusi2c team
