    we had one as a demo for my wife this weekend and it was great. Her heart rate stats were similar to a normal ride (hence she definitely still had to work) but I never had to wait for her. In fact she made me work extra hard on the hills to keep up. So good for my training also. I think they rock, we can now enjoy more rides together.

    I am in for solo, but I thought this would be more like 36one. Shocked to hear there are no boxes or water points / feeding stations after 180km. Oops.

    Folks as far as I know the 50 hr service is only after new and should be on the house. At least mine have been. After that every 150 hrs is what they suggest. However I send mine in every year, so the service interval is longer than that on mine. I agree with the, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Also in my experience the 1500 is for the brain shocks only. If you don't have a brain fork that should cost around 800.

    Ice ID bracelet is the way to go. I wear mine 24/7 just in case of car wreck or who knows what else.

    I have done 4 w2w. Trust me, once you have 3 bags you have enough. Just dump all your stuff inside your sleeping bag and be on your way. Works just as well.

    I agree. They have customer service. My experience is the mfg in the States give the customer the benefit of the doubt, as it is their product and reputation they need to take care of. I have no idea why Omnico would be so silly. They simply get the products replaced by the U.S. Anyway, no cost to them. As a importer of quad suspension I know this to be the case.

    I have had the same issues with mine. Been back to them 5x now. Believe it or not they also gave me the compression story. Funny thing is I had read your post before sending it in and checked it, was on full descend and lowest compression. Must be their standard bs excuse.

    I had he same issue. Turned out the crank was not torqued correctly.
