Preferably someone with fishing knowledge or someone technically minded as i need you to view the boat condition and make sure everything is in normal working order as how the owner claims.

 

its a gumtree ad hence I cant take a chance we talking +-10K here and is too much to risk

Already found it on Gumtree, that number comes up listed to a garden services in New Germany though. I don't know any people by that name either. You can PM me further details and I can ask some old mates that fish to check it out for you. Is this urgent?
