Hahahah I had an accident 21th March

A driver opened a car door....

Luckily I only got 2.5cm stichies.

But I dont have any family in SA so I was really struggling

And I still feel pain so I cant run.

Of course my bike is at a shop...

Anyway now im waiting for the answer from her insurance company.

I sent them all my documents 26th March by email

They said that they got them 30th March..

And I got this today. - Please note we are busy validating the matter on our side please follow up on the 25/04/2014 for the outcome on the matter-

Why do they need lots of times..?

Why just cant say either they can pay me or cant.

Seriously I dont know why so im asking hahaha

And now should I just wait or what?

Please give me some positive news

Ps. Im a foreigner my english can be bad so please

Understand me~

I WANNA CYCLE !!!!!!!!!!!!

I use to have my bikes with Cyclesure and put in a claim every few months and they sorted it out same or next day.

Unfortunately I dont have any insurance..

I will join them as soon as I get my bike.

I wonder if I join them now they will help me..? Hahaha

It's because you're claiming as a third party from someone else's insurance policy. That means you're dealing with the insurers legal department, and generally the gears turn very slowly in all insurers legal departments. If you were claiming from your own insurance policy, it would get sorted out quickly...
