LouisS Posted May 8, 2014 Share Have a pressfit shimano SM-BB71 BB. Did some final inspections to my bike before next week's Sani2c and realised that my BB turns "rough and stiff". After a few turns it however became loose and turned easy, but still a bit "rough". How long before it completely seizes or should i rather play safe and replace before sani2c? How long before it completely seizes or should i rather play safe and replace before sani2c?Replace before sani...you are spending huge zak to get to sani, do sani and go back home....you don't want this experience to be kuk by a seized up BB halfway through day 2.
