ivr32 Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Hi I got a Buzzrack that need to be fixed. The clamps that hold the bike is all stripped. I saw that this is a common problem. 3 Bike rack not 1 of the clamps are working. I phoned the SA agents, they told me sorry they don't work with the public.I have been trying to sort out this rack for the last month through my LBS. I saw there was a similar post in 2011. Obviously the agents did not learn out of the previous experience. Anybody else struggling with their Buzzrack? RegardsIan
