Her friend Dirk was riding his bike turning onto main Road. A white Audi A3 Tdi - Reg no SJC162GP bumped him from behind - but not enough to knock him over. He slowed down to asses the damage to his bike. The Audi rammed him again causing him to fall into the road. The Audi then raced off from the scene riding over the bike as he lay under it. 2 Other cagers chased after the Audi but after a long chase over pavements and the like the Audi managed to get away. It was driven by a white male who was tall with dark hair at the time. Dirk was trapped under his bike and 2 other women stopped to help him. He is very battered' date=' his one leg has huge cuts and he has damamaged his knee badly. He has bruises all over as the car went over the bike while it lay in the road with him under it. His hand will take up to 6 months to heal. he is in the Television business so he needs his hands to make a living. He was supposed to fly to the US on Sunday. That looks highly unlikely at this juncture. She also stated that she has had HUGE apethy from Douglasdale Police Station. The Case Number is: CAS 12/03/2008. She has not been contacted by them' date=' neither has anyone returned any of her calls. She would like to employ ALL LEGAL means necesssary to make this driver pay for his actions "So that he will never do anything like this again". Sheesh heaven forbid it will be one of us.... slowpoke Posted March 7, 2008 Author Posted March 7, 2008 Call me Crazy, the #$%^&*s addie etc have been traced and the case is apparently being pursued (nb Richard's a friend of mine and the victim is a friend of one of Rich's colleagues). i just hope htat the b@#$^& has an accident of some sort.
