Argus 2014 Certificates

I've just got an email from the Cycle Tour with a link to my certificate. The link doesn't work, and needs a bit of tweaking:

 

If your email is like mine, the link will say:

 

 

http://certificates.racetec.co.za/report/Certificates/CT2014_ResultsCertificateA5/?eid=2014&pid=%%123||PERSONID%

 

 

To get your certificate, you'll need to:

• click on the first link (it won't work)
  
• chop off the last part (after the last =)
  
• replace it with your Argus reference number - the one that appears in the subject of all the emails you get from the Argus people:
  

Something like this should do the trick:

 

 

http://certificates.racetec.co.za/report/Certificates/CT2014_ResultsCertificateA5/?eid=2014&pid=12345

 

 

where the 12345 should be your reference number.

Or right click on the second link

 

and click on "Save Link as", then the certificate is saved on your pc as a pdf

they just sent out a second mail

 

It has come to our attention that the links to download your Cycle Tour certificates are not working. We are experiencing problems with our bulk email system and are not able to email out any personalised links.

 

To download your certificate, go to http://results.racetec.co.za/results.aspx and use option 1 to search on your surname and name and then click on the "View Certificate" icon to the right of your result.
