From Supersport: Joaquim Rodriguez has changed his mind and will ride in the Tour de France, but has no expectation of challenging for the title.

Ha, Ha, yeah, dont think theres too much risk of getting your neck lopped off there, but I agree it will be a Froome / Contador contest to see who has the fewest bad days. jcza 1
