Its such a lekker vibe and chilled atmosphere...I mean mavis from avis had beers ready for us when we crossed the line on most days...no lactic massage this or 20 recovery shakes...you do what you want because they(the farmers and wappo) dont try and murder you each day. They get what riding is about

Just got a new Job and cant ask for 5 days of leave during my first month of employement. The plus side to the job is that I will now be living in Durbs, so will be able to ride Giba, Karkloof and Holla, as well as any other cool trails I discover. I've heard the refreshment stops are awesome - so does this mean you can get by carrying less food and drink with you? Put another way, what's the minimum amount of liquid/food you should have with you on the bike?
