Hi everyone!

 

I would like to comment on the excellent service I got from The Loading Zone in Cape Town.

 

I went to a "well known" Thule dealer on Friday and wanted a specific Thule Clipon for my car. After about 30 mins of configuration options, it was determined that the rack I wanted could not fit my car.

 

I decided to call The Loading Zone. Tim answered and checked the configuration in his references and found that the rack I wanted should fit my car. He didn't have stock and would only receive it on Monday. He did however offer to give me a loan rack I could use the weekend until he gets stock of the rack I wanted. I decided to decline the offer and wait till Monday.

 

So yesterday I get a call from Tim to say that the stock arrived and I could come around to check the fit.

 

Got there and he sorted me out and the rack I wanted does fit on my vehicle!
