I thought I was gonna have a chat with you Spinnekop, but you and Copman left after the first round eheh..da wife? I was a bit tired, I struggled to hang onto IanJ's wheel after Jason left us behind to chase the TCS tandem. That beer IanJ had at the lost city still hasn't worked out yet AHEAHEEAH.. Sonic you sure your dad did not have another one before the ride yesterday? At one point I did a rough calcuclation and figured there was only place for one more person in the Vito so I nearly took it Jason was disqualified eventually because "eh.. he made de ..ehh..violation" (laaaank african accent) at the tollgate. Welcome back to action WonderWoman! You seemed strong on yesterday's ride. My chain snapped before the end and I found myself spinning for dear life..luckily IanJ had that beer (or two) at the Lost City because he still had enough energy to push me to the other side of the road AHEAHeAEH. I thought Game Over! but then... I still don't know what and how Cruxie did it, but he fixed my snapped chain in a minute. Thanks Cruxie! Thanks everyone, I had fun! Met a few new faces and was over the moon when I saw Johann changing in to TCS kit. Welcome to the club dude! . As for LSD... I had a 3 hour lead on GC and IanJ was sprinting for bonus seconds all the way... Like you said epoh, that beer is till in the old mans system and his riding well. Sonic you should try some...oh wait I'll take that back... you still still under age .WonderWoman got a flat and epoh and myself decided to stop (Actually get a breather) to help, but before we could start Cruxie was there already pumping the tyre . I was like thinking to myself, dude, you look like that sneaky photographer who's always getting those free pics but then I thought to myself, it's been a long day in the saddle and I was just seeing things. Anyway... WonderWoman rode the whole 140km's and was looking strong. She actually paced epoh and myself back to the group in the wind at 50kph .I'm always violating chics epoh . She knows she wanted it... ehehe...Nee sies man... I was like WTF... I felt like a Nigerian crossing the border illegally with a bit of stash and other nice stuff.Met some of IanJ's buddies at the one robot... Nice and drunk and talking k@k . Only IanJ knows how to interpret what was said but he was to busy sprinting for those precious seconds for me to ask him.All in all it was a good training ride with lotsa fun... Average heart rate for this LSD was close to 197. Can't wait for the next one. The orange boys will be at the Dis-chem!.. we need some numbers there. I think Johan said he is going to race the craddle rather. I will speak to Coenie and Hannes.
