To the 2 gentleman who stopped to help me with my flat tyre (I was doing the 30km and they were doing the 10km with their kiddies).

 

You guys are my heros. I managed to finish the 30km ride which I would not have done without your help.

Found out who helped me on Saturday - none other than Paul Cordes! He was not racing this time around but escorting his daughter around the 10km track.
