We'll jokes aside dude, you came off with a nasty injury and it will impact on your life for a long time. Of course it could have been worse but it was still pretty bad. See a good person for rehab and do what they tell you. Do extra even.

I hope these people that clipped you get nailed. Best of luck with that and the rehab. It's a bitch but so it goes.

Any updates on the outcome of the case??

Police dropped the charges and closed the case .  Reason being the women and her sister claimed i punched the car at 60kmh and thats why i fell  .   Police after that decided to not do any more work and drop the charges.  (Picture the scenario i am doing well over 60kmh down Visserhoek road and then i decide to  release one hand and start punching a car

ANyway all car drivers are protected by the RAF somy lawyers are going after the RAF.

The driver gets away scott free. :cursing:  :cursing:

Eish Stevie - this is so frustrating but not really unexpected.

It seems with all these cases, no matter what happens the motorist is assumed to be innocent and the burden is on the state to proof that they did something wrong. Seems the benefit of the doubt always goes to the motorist so the police/state never make the effort to prosecute, no wonder motorists always get away with crap!

Ey man, that's not good to hear. Why don't one of the officers get on a bike and reenact the event to see if its possible. I hope they don't sleep at night. Did you fill in those medical aid forms that says someone else was liable for the accident. Medical companies will do anything to stop you from claiming and have the meanest lawyers and investigators to make the other party pay.

Had fractured my wrist when somebody walks straight onto the road with out looking. Was going about 40km an hour and I'm extremely light. Had surgery and pins etc. However my doc gave me a waterproof firbre glass cast. Was riding in two weeks normally and did many interval sets and outdoor rides. Expensive but worth it
