Looking at the maps again, seems like you can start on 55km and just take 38km turn-off if you don't swop out with someone. It say prize giving is at 10:30 and Lucky draw at 11:30. That is not a cut-off. It really not fair to have the category winners wait until the stragglers are in before they start. Hell on the roadie version prize giving is done by the time half the field are still waiting to start.
