Looks like a struggle to get that front wheel of his Spez off the ground.

Nice thing was Cav said in a tweet he was really happy for sagan.. damn cav keeps on saying things that make me like him a bit.

The big talking point today has been the crash in the finale of yesterday's stage when Daniele Colli was taken down during the sprint by a camera lens. The subsequent after effects caused the race leader Contador to go down too, which resulted in a dislocated collar bone.

Nothing wrong with that shoulder. He looks himself.

Wasn't using that arm in the podium. . Must still be sore.

Or he is up for an Oscar

Yoh yoh

Yoh yoh yoh indeed.

I was hoping a southeast rider would win.... amper came 4th.

I have a buddy and every day we select a non favourite to win the stage. Only 1 rule by 5km to go you have to commit. . So far we are 1 a piece as we forgot about our game a couple of times. [emoji85]

Hard to say I think, tomorrow and Sunday will be hard stage's, a Cat 1 climb to the line tomorrow and Aru and Porte will most likely look to put him on the ropes and grab back some time. Not a great stage to rest up and heal, and if he is struggling with pain and cant get into his usual climbing position comfortably he could lose a sizable chunk of time.

One thing 'Berto is NOT though, is a complainer, so he has not really said much past issuing the usual press releases, he looked okay but he is also the master of the poker face and I dont think he would want Aru or Porte to feel too comfortable, so we will probably only really see how he is going tomorrow, one hopes he can make it through to Monday and not lose time when he can rest.

I don't think there's any harm in liking Cav, I mean he greets the Manx Faeries all nice like so he's actually a bit of a softy at heart.

Sagan is pretty awesome though!

Cav' is one classy racer and one authentic dude

Sagan just won a time trial stage in California

Another awesome bike racer

Can't believe I missed it, I tried to stay up to watch it, but fell asleep on the couch[emoji85]

Sagan is now the race leader, will have to have a afternoon nap so I can stay up and watch the stage.

So after all the 'unhappiness' on the J2C thread about ex-dopers on the podium, what is the feeling about the Giro. Ex-doper in pink and ex-doper winning the stage?
