if it can't be fixed with tape and/or cable ties it's unfixable

I don't think duct tape and cable ties are going to help here

That is a great solution to my problem...  I do not have enough space on the handlebar for all the lights needed to be seen in Pretoria.And there will be enough space for my GoPro, a horn, bell and sommer a bear pepper spray bottle as well.
