deanbean Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 Speaking from the other side, while I don't " bomb" down the jeep track I do use it when Tokai is busy as there are plenty of guys who come down Vasbyt way faster than I do the jeep track as my skills on single track sucks and I'd hate screwing up someone elses ride as I plod my way down Vasbyt. Yup maybe you're right. Just feels k@k holding others up. Obviously I prefer the track as it's the only way I'll improve. The thing is to follow someone who looks faster than you, and copy, as best you can, the way they ride, that's a fast track to bettering your skills. BUT thank them when you get to the bottom, if they're still there.I like to call them "Fireroad Warriors" Dirt roadies, didn't Mr Tread call them ?

Donkey or ass, not sure which???....anyhoo, Tokai was cool!, Only saw one guy coming down the jeep track....and he was smiling ear to ear, so either 1.) He was enjoying hisself! or 2.) Was not from Tokai and didn't know about the flyby/scowl/STRAVA attitude one should have at Tokai ....he even greeted me!! Idiot! How dare he!?Ok so I decided I did not have enuf evidence (one flyer does not a herd make!) so I'm just gonna go look again...... ......like NOW!
