Vlakvark T Posted April 14, 2015 Posted April 14, 2015 Definitely need the HOT CHOKOLATE NOW - BE PREPARED The Western Cape should already be feeling effects of the approaching cold air. We are now starting to see moisture moving slightly inland, and there is now a chance of snow on some of the mountain ranges as indicated on the map below on Thursday this week. There is a chance that the snow could extend up further into the Eastern Cape Drakensberg late on Thursday, but we will update the map again tomorrow if this looks consistent over the next 24 hours. Snow falls are expected to be light and confined to the high peaks. Very cold air is moving in with this weather system, so we think that it is time to get the winter woolies out! (This time with the correct date on the Map!)
