Thanks Hey, This is what I generally cover in the beginner class- Bike setup- Riding position, neutral, climbing & descents- Braking- Standing, movement on bikeWe will spend some time working on the positions then go play on the trails. If you are comfortable on your bike and have been riding for a while I would recommend the Intermediate, Beginner is if you are still nervous and unsure. Cash on the day is cool, just tell me you are coming and ill book a spot for you.

I'm happy with kids, I have had a few joining classes as well as on their own.How old and how long has he/she been riding for? I have found kids easier to teach than Adults, they don't have any bad habits and pick up things faster.

Placed in SA road bike this year. 4th at MP XCO etc etc so he can ride (a dam site better then me ????) Peach. 1
