Repainting a fork

So I thought I would share my recent DIY project.

So my wife has never really liked the white Rockshox fork on her black Momsen AL329 so I decided to repaint it.

I didn't do anything fancy, just removed the existing stickers and wiped it down with some thinners. I masked up the stanchions, steerer tube, etc.

I had a set of stickers made by my LBS and then just repainted it uses thin coats.

Applied the new stickers and voila.

Total cost was about R120 if I take into account that I used less than a quarter can of spraypaint.

That looks very nice I've been wanting to repaint the white fork on my bike for a while now. Maybe I should just bring it to you
