Hi All,

Anyone else have a problem not receiving an official finish time for the 94.7 ?

(I heard the mats beep after crossing over them.)

... but sadly no official time.

Jip... Also no time.

They have a link on their website where you can log it.

Had a similar problem a couple of years ago, got it sorted with racetec

Email racetec to query your result, sometimes they ask you who you crossed the line with or if you have a garmin file of the race if they cannot find you.

There is a link on their website to query your results

Ja. Go to the site. You can use the "query my result" link

Mine eventually came up, but apparently these are still unofficial. Just wait it out. I saw somewhere that final/offcial results will only be out early December.

I had a similar problem with my Amashova race - no time.

The racetec guys are very helpful.

I sent them my file on strava, together with the official finish picture from actionphoto,

and they fixed it up for me.

My time is 2 minutes slower than Strava and my Polar HRM, and a friend of mine rode hit the jackpot. He rode out in P-group;

  • never passed any of my friends in groups ahead of him
  • tells us of how he was pushed up a few hills
  • rides an average of 25kph
  • GOT timed with an "official time" of 2:56

I will bet a dollar diner dinner thats a mistake!

  • 2 weeks later...

I notice each year my Racetec time is always between a monite and 3 minutes slower than my Garmin.... very annoying

Yes, believe me that's true. My official time this year is 3:00:01. I need 2 seconds...

My time on my Bryton was 2:59.

Last week I did the #Unite4Mandela race. Again, my official time was 2 mins slower. It didn't bug me so much then though.

All sorted by racetec. Time came from photos at the end ... (Lucky I placed the number at front of bike)

A big thanks to the racetec team.
