15mm QR/TA on a QR Fork

Now there are, yeah. But rewind 5 years and there wasn't any such thing as 15mm... just normal qr, solid 9/10mm and 20mm TA.

 

Then 20mm made its way through to the non dh forks (revelation, fox 36, marzocchi etc) and then 15mm came along as a new "standard" for no reason whatsoever other than just giving a new standard (fox started it and RS had to follow, IIRC)

 

But yeah. Enough of that.

Yes, quite a few forks with 15mm TA's.

 

I think it's quite a novel thing, if you have a regular QR fork that you love and you want to stiffen it up a bit.

It came out before QR15, so at time of going to print they were right.

But conveniently failed to update their content to stay with the times. That what is on their site now, is what they are saying now, it does not matter when it 1st appeared on their site.
