Yeah I kind of gathered that is what he meant but regardless of what type of threadlock muti you use, you negate it's effectiveness by adding anti sieze or any lubricant. Each to their own at the end of the day.

Is this the right stuff for seat posts?

 

If your seat post does not sit tight and keeps on sagging then use Carbon Paste.

If your seat post does not come out of the frame then use Anti Seize.........if you can get it out :ph34r:

I just use Coppaslip for the seat post. Stops it sliding/moving, and comes out easily - clean it up every now and then and reapply.
