Bike service/ mechanical training in Cape Town?

Is there any facility, or person in the Cape Town area that can offer some mechanical courses on mtbs for fools like me?

 

Especially now with the upcoming holiday season, I'd be really keen to up my mechanical skills a bit.

Alright hubbers, anyone keen on a course please email me daniel at irideafrica dot com and we can get a date that works for the group. I normally host them during the week from 6-9pm from my garage in Mowbray.

So far only 2 people have contacted me. I'm thinking of next Wednesday 6-9pm. R300 each. We'll cover mostly changing gear cables, adjusting derailleurs, BB servicing, headset servicing and whatever else we can fit in!
