    Rode the red route today with some green, pink, yellow and blue thrown in. Loads of fun. On a short piece of single-track I rode into and over a 2m long, loose piece of fencing wire that got wrapped around my rear wheel. I doubt that it was maliciously placed there - wrapped it up and tossed it far from the track.

    Rode there a few weeks back. Loads of fun and great views. Tip - Top up on sealant there are bucket loads of devil thorns.

    I travel for work and probably do 3-4 VA classes per week. It's good for overall fitness and convenience but I find that if I only spin for a few weeks then get back on the MTB then I lack power and suffer on steep hills.
