Workshop discovered that the conversion from the original BB30 to fit a Shimano 105 crank was incorrectly installed causing the failure.When I advised that they had done the original conversion, today's repair was done at no charge!!BTW the original work was done in May 2012, hows that for guarantee on your work!!!

Inner circlip was not properly seated and the one adapter was pushed in too far. and the wrong spacer washer was installed. Anybody can make a mistake.The point here is that they could easily have kept quiet about it, fitted a new adapter and charged me about R600.00 for the job. I appreciate the honesty far more than the R600.00 saved!
Oufy MTB (Roadie) Posted January 8, 2015 Posted January 8, 2015 Bought a rear cluster the other day, the mechanic in greenpoint store fitted it whilst I was waiting at no charge. On the few occasions i used CWC I always got good service.
