Scott CR1 - Black and Red Spotted- Cresta

I might be mistaking, but thought I'd put it out there.

 

Spotted a male rider on Judges road, near Cresta on the above mentioned bike. Bike had a saddle bag on, however rider wasn't wearing a helmet/cycling shoes/any form of training apparel whatsoever.

 

Rider looked extremely uncomfortable, as if he has some stability issues. Bike also seemed too big for him.

 

Followed him into Windsor, where he got of the bike and proceded to push the bike. I left from there.

 

Might be something, might be nothing.

TBH, I didn't have a clear look at the pedals. However bike looked new/well looked after. Not the type of bike I would personally use as a go about in board shorts and sneakers.

 

Looked like a Topeak saddle bag though.
