I want to remove the inner bearing on the back hub,but to do this I need a special tool to remove the rachet system thinny in the hub,can anyone please help me?

Really easy. With the cassette locked on, hold the cassette with your fingertips and pull it of.

 

Edit : Sorry thought you meant the freehub.

Unfortunately it requires a proprietary tool, which I doubt very many private mechanics own.

As SV says, take it to your LBS. Remember to take the new bearing with you so you can install the new bearing there too as you'll also need the tool to reinstall the ratchet locking ring again.

My LBS hit me R50 for removing one. It took them 90 sec. You don't need the tool to put it back in. It will tighten up on its own under pedalling forces.
