I believe red apples are better than green. Will have to see what the app says.

And green apples are definitely better than red - my logic in life...what tastes better is not better! :D

I have linked MyFitnessPal to both Strava and Garmin Connect - I suspect this is creating the issue of duplicating rides. Will try to disconnect Garmin and let you know if it fixes the bug.

please say how,,,i saw it once but as i said it wont allow me to actually link it

In Strava on apple, go to ---> More then ---> Settings then ---> Link Other Services and click the plus (+) next to MyFitnessPal.

Bottom right hand side corner is a button "More". Press and it will give you a menu, scroll to the apps&devices

Is there a setting to change the oz to g?

Not a general setting, but I adjust the individual item I consume, under Serving Size...if there is no alternative I do the maths ><

In 2013 I started using it and dropped from 110kg down to 76kg over about 7 months or so.

Still use it to this day, it motivates me to keep the weight off, and you realise VERY quickly how all those little things add up.

I linked it with my garmin and it syncs exercises and calories perfectly. Except I don't like it when I trapped my gat off and myfitnesspal classifies it as "light cycling"
