DoubleJ Posted March 19, 2015 Posted March 19, 2015 Hi guys FOX CTD rear shock. Brand new bike. Was busy adjusting the sag button and it just kept turning, it never stopped when I reached the desired setting. It came loose and started spewing oil. What to do please?
DoubleJ Posted March 19, 2015 Author Posted March 19, 2015 The weirdest thing was that the CTD selection knob on the shock actually turned 360 degrees. It didn't stop at the C and the D settings. It went further...all the way around.

JXV Posted March 20, 2015 Posted March 20, 2015 Brand new bike - return to lbs - their problem. The bike shop should have checked the bike before handing it over to you. Dont try to fix it just send it back as is.
