Pyga / Good2Go Cycles - Great service!

We all to often hear of crappy service when things go wrong, so i have to share this story with everyone out there!

As much as we try not to imagine it happening to our whips, bikes do break, but its how manufacturers and LBS's deal with them that speaks loads about their abilities and brands.

My beloved OneTen gave in on Wednesday on our weekly night ride, snapping clean on the rear pivot. Big bummer, considering this weekends Enduro scheduled for Giba.

Mark from Good2Go Cycles, who built my original OneTen up for me, offered to take her home, and get in touch with Pat from Pyga first thing the next morning. After a few shared pics and a call between Pat and Mark, the boys at Pyga overnight couriered me a brand new One Ten frameset, which Mark and Jason built up for me this morning, and had ready for collection at lunch time today, even though their store is running at full capacity.

In this day and age where manufacturers are looking for every excuse in the books to wiggle out of tight spots, between Pyga and Good2Go, these guys managed to full resolve and blow away one very happy client within 36 hours of a broken bike! Absolutely incredible service from both parties.

Makes you think twice about where you invest your money and who you let work on your bike.

Pat and your team, and J and Mark, a public, well done! You guys will go far!
